Sunday was spent on the bike together with my bike group "Guangzhou Cycle" attending a 12-hours` bike race.

Loops of 16K from 8 am to 8 pm - most of all a mental challenge!

It turned out the legs were well recovered from IM Malaysia. Me and team mate, Jarek, kept a pleasant average of 30 km/hour until the last 2 loops where fitness was tested and we tuned it up to 35 km/hour.

Along the way we were well taken care of by team members doing relay. Tents had been set up, the BBQ was on and ice chests full of fresh and cold fuel. I was fed up with eating gels from racing in Malaysia so it became me well that I could stop every 4-5 lap for a small BBQ :)

Team record of 21 laps - 340,9K!

Awesome day, awsome crowd and awesome feeling having done a seriously long distance on the bike!
