Welcome to my website where you can follow my training, my races and my life as a triathlete living in China and racing in Asia.  

 

Moving back to Shanghai was a dream come true! I was back in the one city in China that has the biggest and best developed triathlon community. 

 

 

And of course it had a positive effect on my motivation for training and racing - now in the company of great fellow athletes. Also being able to stop working and starting to study Chinese full time gives me the flexibility it requires not only to train like a "full time triathlete" but also to travel for all the races around the world.  

 

 

2015 let me visit South Africa, The US, Europe and various parts of Asia. I attended the World Championship both in Austria, Zell am See (IM 70.3) and Kona, Hawaii (IM) and wouldn´t mind repeating that experience. 

It has been by far my best season with great results and personal development. But it´s not over! 

 

I have great expectations for 2016 with an awesome raceplan, new trainer and great sponsors. 

I´m excited, motivation is peaking and I can´t wait to get back "in-season" with the first race scheduled in March.
