Training in paradise!

Today I was invited to train with the swimming team of Utahloy International School. Not only did I have to swim faster than on a regular training day - I also got some great advice from the Danish swim coach that I could use immediately.
Sometimes the smallest adjustment can cause a huge difference!
Golden Lake - not the worst pool I tested!
